Event Sales | Fathia Harrak

Fathia Harrak's association with the World Trade Center began over twenty years ago, when she first moved to Portland from her native home of Tangier, Morocco.  She worked at the World Trade Center in the 90's as an International Trade Specialist, after having worked in Spain, France and Morocco, where she put all four of her languages to the test.  Fathia has a strong background in helping grow sales in a wide variety of industries, from consumer products to energy efficiency.  When not a work, Fathia enjoys travel with her family, as well as hiking, crafting, cooking and volunteering.  



Executive Chef | Maury Walter

Maury Walter began in the food service industry while still in high school.  He quickly developed his craft, and brings forth a passion for serving people great food.  While great is an understatement when describing his cuisine, what isn't an understatement is the more than 20 years of experience in high volume kitchens that he has under his chef's coat.  The World Trade Center Portland has been fortunate enough to have Maury as a presence in our kitchen since 1999. Prior to joining the World Trade Center Portland, Maury was a lead cook for the Moda Center and supervised all luxury skyboxes.  Maury was born and raised in Northeast Portland where he loves to spend time with friends and family.



Banquet Manager | Lorne Quigley

Lorne Quigley has spent the past 17 years at the World Trade Center Portland as our Banquet Manager.  Lorne is driven to please all customers, and his outgoing personality and professionalism help him to achieve this outcome.  Lorne was born in Longview, Washington and went to college on a basketball and golf scholarship.  He still enjoys golfing as much as possible and watching his favorite football team, the Seattle Seahawks.
