The WTC blog is excited to be featuring a monthly did you know post. Let’s kick it off today with a fresh and juicy piece to quench your thirst about one of our most requested menu items: Mike’s Famous Citrus Punch. Now this isn’t your ordinary, run-of-the-mill punch. No, no, no. This is a knock your socks off; let’s get this prom (or retirement party) started type of punch. And lucky you, we are sharing the recipe today.
But before we go, did you know the most interesting tidbit about this fun beverage? The “Mike” in Mike’s Famous Citrus Punch, is none other than our very own Mike Copeland, a.k.a. Banquet Captain Extraordinaire, who delights in making this punch for our events. Mike has been a fixture here for 14 years and has been serving up this concoction even longer. He is a friendly and familiar face to both our long time clients and new brides alike. Without further delay, here it is:
Mike's Famous Citrus Lemonade

Small amount of hot water
1 Quart orange juice
